Around The Block Since 1990

About us – Applied Pressure has been around since 1990. With a graphics and advertising degree under the belt, we started printing shirts out of a garage in Van Nuys. Fast forward a little bit to our first shop, which opened on Reseda Blvd. in ’91.   After outgrowing that location, we went to our second, third and quickly to our fourth in Chatsworth, where we have spent the majority of our time.

Here we saw our numbers jump exponentially, over tripling our printing capabilities and doubling our customer base; a move which landed us at number 47 in Impressions Magazine’s Top Volume Printers, then to 27th, 24th, and currently number 11 as of 2010.

Specializing in high-volume contract printing, we’ve produced for everyone from Anthrax to Britney, the Los Angeles Kings, the Stanley Cup Champion Boston Bruins, our beloved Lakers, the Dallas Mavericks and every other team in the NBA and continue to do so to this day.  Top-selling entertainment licenses aren’t the only things we print, however.  We cut our teeth printing for schools, local organizations, unions, camps and everything in between and continue to take pride in those jobs as well, recognizing how we got to where we are today.

Cutting-edge printing technologies, attention to detail, knowledge of artwork, inks, applications, foils and processes gives us the ability to continue to grow while remembering our roots which keeps us grounded.
